Do you ship outside Germany?
Yes. International shipping is available for most builds, with cost and customs handling discussed during quoting.
Can I request artistic freedom?
Yes. Tufted Cat Creations works from detailed references or a looser design direction, as long as key character traits are clear.
How long does production take?
Timelines depend on scope and queue position. Most major builds are planned months in advance and receive milestone updates.
Are payment plans available?
Payment plans can be discussed for larger projects. A deposit is required to reserve a production slot.
What fur is used for the projects?
Only selected faux furs are used to ensure high quality and long lasting results. Most furs are sourced from Stoffhummel.shop
